Following you will find some simple rules, that we wish to state before your booking with the purpose to guarantee you a pleasant holiday. Anyway we will do our best to satisfy your wishes or particular requests, if communicated in advance. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

- Check-out time is 10.00 and we’d be grateful if you can vacate your room by this time. If you wish to keep the room until the afternoon, there will be a charge of 50% of the daily rate. Please speak to the office on the day before departure at the latest to see if the room is available beyond the normal check-out time.

If you check out before your booked departure date, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked days.

- On the arrival day, the room is guarantee starting from 12:00 o'clock. Anyway is possible to arrive here in the morning and use the farm structures.

- As regards the reception, it's guaranteed till 23:00 o'clock. We kindly ask you to communicate eventual delayed arriving, to allow us to prepare a good reception.

- The eventual damaging or improper use of the farm properties will be ratify at our discretion.

BOOKING GUARANTEES

In order to make the reservation operative is required a written confirmation together with the sending of a deposit of about 35% of the total holiday amount or, at your convenience, the sending of your Mastercard number and expiry date.

The deposit sent to confirm the booking won't be returned in case of cancellation.

In case of cancellation of a booking guaranteed by credit card it will be charged of:

- 30% of the holiday amount, if the cancellation arrives 15 days before the arrival date

- 40% of the holiday amount, if the cancellation arrives 10 days before the arrival date

- 50% of the holiday amount, if the cancellation arrives 5 days before the arrival date

- 80% of the holiday amount. if the cancellation arrives from 4 days before the arrival date

- 100%, so all the amount of the holiday, in case of advanced departure.

MEALS

- A buffet breakfast is available between 08.00 and 10.00.

Dinner is served at 20.00.

Please let us know by phone if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late for dinner. A charge will be made for meals that have been booked but not taken.

If you have special requirements, such as vegetarian meals, eating outside, or particular requests for special dishes, please let us know in advance.

- It isn't allowed to the animals to stay inside the restaurant, but in the summer there is the possibility to eat in the external porch.

SWIMMING-POOL

- The pool does not have a life guard. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.

The swimming pool is open 10.00-13.00 and 15.00-19.30. The pool may not be used at night.

The pool has a depth of 1.4m – deep diving is therefore not permitted.

Please respect others by keeping noise to a minimum, and not running or playing games in the pool area.

Please take a shower before using the pool (there is a shower at the base of the steps to the pool) and ensure you wear a swimming cap (available from the office).

LAUNDRY AND IRONING

- We can offer you a laundry and ironing service.

We change the bed linen in your room every five to seven days, the towels every three to five days and table linen every five to seven days. If you wish to have new linen or towels, please let us know and we’ll be happy to provide this for a modest additional charge.
