HOLIDAY GUARANTEES

In order to make your reservation operative is compulsory the sending of your MASTERCARD number and expiry date.

In case of cancellation, the card will be charged of:

- 30% of the holiday amount, if the cancellation arrives 15 days before the arrival date

- 50% of the holiday amount, if the cancellation arrives from 5 days before the arrival date

- 50% of the booked and not used service, in case of advanced departure
